    The speaker on my Classic works great for phone calls, but it's not working for voicemails or videos. Anyone else having this problem?

    Never mind, I found the problem. The master volume for the sounds in "Settings" was turn all the way down. Guess that's one of the things that doesn't port over when you use BB Link to switch Blackberry devices.
