    Any way to change the following settings without a third party app?

    -vibration strength (too intense)
    -turn off auto brightness
    -LED flash rate

    Go to Settings->Notifications and select and select the profile you want to edit. You can turn off the Vibrate and Led here or you can go to Customise App Notifications on said screen and customise for each app. Unfortunately at the moment we can either have it on or off.

    I don't think we can change Auto Brightness at the moment
