    Hey guys,

i sent my classic back to the seller because of some problems with double typing and the toolbelt. They told me, that the Classic cant be fix in Germany so they need to send it in th UK.
Does anybody know the name of the company who repairs the Classic in the UK?

    Greetings

I bought it from telefon.de together with an o2 contract. They said they need about 6 weeks to repair it

I bought from notebooksbilliger.de and sent my Classic back four weeks ago, still waiting. Last year I needed to send back my Q10 I got from Alternate, it took eight weeks till the replacement arrived. A buddy from Switzerland also needed to sent in his Q last year, it also took more than six weeks to get it back.

Jesus! Eight weeks? Can't imagine why it takes so much time to repair a phone.

So fast? I actually got mine back a couple of days ago, after being away for about five weeks. At least quite an improvement from those eight weeks I waited for my Q10 exchange...

Because they aren't just sitting there waiting for your phone to arrive. Any business doing a decent job can have a backlog. Especially when it's a bit rare. Find someone to do it quicker, most likely they will be more expensive or more flaky.
