    Hello,

    I bought Blackberry Classic from Infibeam India Model # SQC100-1 and switched data from Q10. I have installed OS version 10.3.1.2744. I am on Vodafone India with original Vodafone Nano Sim.

    I could not restore all data from Q10 especially media files. I have all contacts on the phone so had to restore device settings data.

    Even when the phone was on Official OS & after upgrade to Beta OS the phone reboots randomly 2-4 times in a day.

    Can you suggest what I need to check to stop phone rebooting randomly. I have a case with sleep function.... usually i find that when I open the flip case the phone reboots though not all the time.

    Please help.

    Wipe it and reinstall the beta OS. As you updated to that OS, there's nothing else that can be done. You killed off your ability to load any other OS by even loading the beta. You can't downgrade from it... only go up now.
