    hi,
    i am located in germany and use a german OS but i hope to get my point clear

    For 2 weeks now my bb classic does not receive oder send sms. sometimes i receive sms, but they are empty. if i try to send one there is a failure "sms could not be saved".

    Gerät SQC100.1
    SW 10.3.3.1435

    The german "support" says I should contact the mobile provider, but as you can imagine, there was no luck in doing that.
    So you are my last hope the get that back to work!
    any suggests?
