Classic camera focus?

I buyed an used Classic.
Nice Phone but the rear camera is rubbish everytime out of focus....
Any help?

Something smudging the lens? i get better pics from the Classic than from the Passport SE.

Same here, pretty good camera, especially when you use camera++ app...
