    Hi,
Does anyone know where I can buy a classic that can run on CDMA. I don't want to buy direct from Verizon. Amazon and buy BlackBerry show only GSM version phones.

I use verizon network and I'm in the USA.

    Thank tou

You can only use the Verizon branded version of the Classic with Verizon: factory unlocked versions will not work.

Do you mean to say the classic with CDMA is not sold by anyone except verizon?

    That's too bad.

    Thank you

Verizon will only allow Verizon branded devices on their network. You can buy a Verizon branded device from other retailers, such as Amazon, but there is only one variant of the Classic that is compatible with the Verizon network. Raino or another member may have what the actual model number is.
