This case is actually too big for the phone. I used to have one. It would fall off whenever I would drop my phone. Also, the edge of the case that surrounds the screen is too high, and makes it uncomfortable to talk on the phone.

This is the case I just purchased. It's my third case, and this is the one I'm going to keep for my phone. The others are long gone.

That is very nice! Where do you get the little BlackBerry logo glass/plastic bits? Do you just glue them on yourself?

I took the decals off of my spare Passport hardshell case (the first one I has a cracked corner from a bad fall ; mind you, the Passport escaped unscathed so the case did what it was supposed to). I just used a small Swiss Army knife to carefully take them off the Passport case and the glue that was on them was enough to hold them to this case. I think it adds a fair bit of class to the look of the case.

Altough, I've moved on to the leather Tetded case so that it feels more like my old 9700. A truly 'classic' feeling!

I prefer my Classic naked, but depending on the situation at hand, I will often times throw a case on it. I just recently ordered a transparent Vena flexible TPU case. It fits snugly, is easy to slip on and off, and I like the fact you can see the Blackberry logo on the back of the phone as well as the beautiful metal frame through the case. Got it on eBay for $6.79.

One thing I do find is that the vibration of the Classic literally screams when setting it on my glass table without a case. It's SO loud! However, this is actually one of the many thingsI Iove about Blackberry devices, you can actually HEAR the phone when it vibrates.

I've been using it bare since March, but with the drop in price of the Convert Combo, I'm going back to a "rugged" look. I hike with it too often and take it with me to places where, if I were to drop it, I'd be shopping for a new phone afterwards.

I have around 6 case for Classic Always take them off only way to use it is Bare .

No case. The Classic *as with my Q10 & iPhone 5s run nekkid.
Never abused, dropped or chucked in my pocket/backpack with keys and/or any loose change.

Just got the Seidio yesterday. Really like the bulk for some reason. Which is strange because I have always felt the Classic to be too big. The holster is great too.

That sucks!

I mus have dropped my Torch 50 times. My first Classic, dropped once and cracked the screen bad.
