Today i had an issue with my sound on my BB Classic, so i had to do a factory reset.

I backed up everything first, but not apps, as i figured that they are there anyway in bbworld and i can download again later.

but now everything is available in bbworld as 'open' only not 'download', so to use them, i need to go into bbworld.

i'm sure there is a simple fix, but can anyone help

The same is for some apps from Amazon Appstore
    thanks

When you perform a factory reset all of your personal data is removed, including the apps and their associated data. You are correct in that any BBW app you've downloaded (paid or free) is still available to you.

You can try and refresh your BBW. Open BBW, finger swipe down from the top, tap settings, tap general, tap refresh BlackBerry World.

Open app-shop, tap the three dots (upper left on welcome screen), scroll down to "my apps", tap and then tap the "cloud" tab.
P.S: I'm translating my screen from French, label may vary a bit.

    Hope it helps,

    Cool
I've edited the title a bit so that others can search for it more easily.
Enjoy you "as new" Classic !

    Cheers
