    Hi everybody,
    I have a major problem with my phone.
    When I try to make calls i get a call failure:"That call could not be connected. Please try again later."
    When people try to reach me, it's as if I wasn't available.
    I know it is not my carrier's fault, already called them.
    Does someone have any idea?

    Try removing your SIM, reboot your device and then put it back in. And what exactly did you inquire with your carrier? Did they do any troubleshooting with your or did they just say 'Nope, all good here!' lol.

    The tech guy lock/unlocked the SIM and he asked me to reboot if I recall well.

    Just switched off, removed the SIM, put it back again and switched on. I still can't make calls...
    What could be the issue?

    No, hadn't thought about doing that but will try. The SIM is not much older than 1 year though.
    And what if I wanted to reinstall BB10 OS?

    And surfing on the net with 4G works perfectly well. Even used the device as a modem once...

    Hello everybody,
    So I've tried to switch my SIM with an other one: putting an other SIM in my device, the problem still occurs, putting my SIM in an other device, no problem.
    This makes me think that the problem is either software or hardware.
    Where do I go from there? I need to make a diagnostic, how can I achieve that?
