As long as it hasn't already been upgraded to OS version 10.3.2 you should be able to load an older version OS.
The Classic was released on 10.3.1; there is no 10.3.0.
Not possible. 10.3.1 was specifically introduced for the classic.
Yes as stated above if it hasnt been updated to 10.3.2 it can be rolled back...but....Would the autoloaders for Q10 work on the classic?
10.3.0 doesn't have support for the tool belt so likely it won't pass the hardware validation of the boot guard.
