So I found this older thread with the Q10:

    http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...=Broadcom+SDIO

Seems like the same problem occurs on the Classic. I have an Asus VivoTab Note 8 that's upgraded to Windows 10, and it refuses to connect if it's using the latest drivers. However if I roll back the drivers it causes random BSODs under Windows 10.

So not sure how I should proceed on this? If BlackBerry never fixed this since the Q10, not sure if it ever will be fixed?

    Update, I think I found a workaround.

Played around with netsh and InSSIDer, it turns out the tablet CAN see the hotspot, just for some reason it refuses to show it on the Wi-Fi list on the GUI. So what I did was I wrote a batch file with this:

    Code:
    netsh wlan connect ssid=YOURSSID name=PROFILENAME interface=Wi-Fi
then pinned it to my Start and use this to connect whenever I turn on my hotspot. After running it, it connects.

I have to use the newer driver because the older driver is causing BSODs on build 10586.
