I wouldn't say it's a dark navy blue lighter than that, but I do think the flash makes it a shade lighter... Pouring/storming here currently so natural lighting is hard to come by at the moment... Tried turning the flash off... Still doesn't do it justice though...

Definitely one of those devices worth seeing in person...

Ordered mine this morning and I'm hoping that's it. For those who have theirs already, is the color depicted on BB's site more representational? Because that's what sold me.
The above pictures are probably thee most accurate representation of all... ShopBB's mock up is almost a little too 'blue'...

Kind of wish they make a red one for AT&T with wireless charging. Might get one if that existed. Then again, that would be the third Classic, lol. Ok, maybe if the next phone will have that color.

Well, I'll know soon enough. Just got the notice it's been shipped already. Same day shipping, not bad. Should have it by Saturday.

Reminds me of my old 8820.
For those owners who have actually received the blue Classic can you please post when your unit may have been manufactured? It should be listed on the side of the box near the serial number.
I am wondering if the blue Classic with a potential later build date might have a higher quality level compared to the earlier ones. Quality issues such as double typing and the little things that a small group of others have experienced.
Thanks!

Reminded me of my 7230... One of the main reasons I wanted to purchase it... The throwback...

Mine is currently on a FedEx truck out for delivery on its way to my house in Toronto... CANNOT WAIT!!! Since March I've been holding out for the White Classic, but as soon as BB announced that they were selling the Blue via Shop BlackBerry, I couldn't resist! I hummed and hawed for about a week before pulling the trigger yesterday. And now it's almost here... nearly 24 hours later!!!
I'll report back with the manufacturing date. Hopefully it is a newer batch with a better build... my Passport is starting to double type the "Ts"!
Just got it 10 minutes ago! IT IS GORGEOUS!!!!
Manufacturing date: June 23, 2015

Blue Classic in 'natural lighting'... This is more true to the coloration vs the flash and indoor lighting pictures...

Yes. It's beautiful and the back side is even more nice. I've one and very happy to be different of all my friends and their android and iphone devices. What are you looking for? A device or a toy, if you look for a device, your choice is BlackBerry Classic.

I'm looking at the box for my new unlocked blue 100-4 Classic, and I still cannot tell when it was manufactured. Any help?

These Blue Classics are awesome. I wish they were the same price as the black on Amazon. I got my black one for 178 (Amazon Warehouse Deal) while the white and black were going for over 200 and close to 300 used.
When the blue or white drop in price, I may get one. I'm digging the Classic. Passport is tucked away as a high powered back up right now.

Hey Im about to return the blue classic bc it is sqc100-1 and i was expecting the 100-4. What carrier do you use? Are you in the US? Do you get LTE all the time?
I use at&t, whose LTE is plentiful all the time here in Chicagoland.

Separate call/end buttons on the 100-1 look great! Alas, my 100-4 does not have these separated buttons.
