    Hi all, have a Blackberry Classic which I've only had a week, for some reason when I go to Blackberry World and try to download an app, it just says "An error occurred processing your request" and won't download anything, although it had no problem taking my 2.00 for the app I wanted!!! This happens on both paid and free apps, plus updates. I've tried a full reset of my phone and it still does the same, but now I don't have the apps I originally managed to download either because I can't reinstall them. Anyone else having problems with app store?

    Reset my phone again, tried my other Blackberry ID and still the same, tried my Q10 with same Id's and Blackberry world works fine!!! Really don't know what to do now, pretty useless if you can't download or update any apps.

    I encountered the same issue today.

    Went to settings - general - refresh blackberry world and reopened blackberry world after it closed and everything is back to normal.

    Try refreshing Blackberry World first. Go into BW and swipe down from top / settings / General / Refresh Blackberry World. If that does not work download and install the recovery tool from here: https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...B3B7729D92828A

    All you have to do is download the tool to your PC's desktop, then plug in your device using USB to your PC and click or start the BW recovery tool. It will run for a bit, then finish and then you can unplug, maybe reboot your device and test BBW out after the reboot.     This thread is 2 years old, there is a problem with BBWorld at the moment which is affecting downloading apps.

    It seems to be a general problem not just you, there are several threads about it currently.
