    No. It's a concept. If you read the wording, they aren't sure about the specs.
    It is rumored
    to re-introduce the ‘belt’ of function keys and trackpad that
    once made BlackBerry very popular.
    That should put the all-touch fanboys in a fit.

    Mobicity are a company who try and get in first with customers who are looking at rumours. You'll notice that it's a TBC. What they do is wait for the device to be listed as pre-order anywhere in the world and jump on to order straight away. They also have the Z3 listed as TBC. If there was a confirmation of another high end device they would also list it. If you're looking for rumours of a device, their site will come up in search engines. It's a sales ploy.
