    Hi there
    My phone (Classic) was not able to connect to the software and after rebooting both the phone and the computer it was still not working ( even with a USB cable) I uninstalled the software and downloaded it again. When I try to install, the " install" button won't work and the window says that the software is already installed on my computer. I am running windows 10 preview build 14295... does anybody know a fix for this or a workaround???

    Try to reset your device. If that doesn't work do a hard reset, hold both the volume buttons.
