    Urgent please ...
she is letting me down in a big way.
Lost full charge (on charger all afternoon) just on the way home in 35 minutes.
Can I get a new battery or is she beyond repair?
This is terrible, the whole phone works beautifully. Did I miss something?
I've had BB Pearl, BB Curve and now use BB Classic.....

You just need to find a phone technician who can order the new battery and install.

Those are not your only options.

Have you tried using a different charger? Different outlet? Have you checked to see if any apps are using lots of data? Do you have location services turned on?

I found it was my USB connection so I ordered one and switched it out myself. Phone charges perfectly. While I had it apart it looked like a battery swap would not to so tough either

I'm not an "app" user, strictly text , email and calls. Nothing has changed in over a year. I use the same chargers.
This losing a charge is getting faster and faster over the last two weeks. It goes to "fully charged" as well as "red 4%" in just 30 minutes now. I keep her plugged in to the laptop or the charger.
I wonder how much a battery will cost in the US?

I did a quick search on amazon. 45 bucks US
Might worth a try. Lots of you tube videos on how to rip it open.

You could also buy a new classic. Bought a refurbished one for around £55 here in the UK.

I'd just invest in a cheap battery, repair it yourself and keep it as a backup emergency phone. Then buy a KEYone!
