    You can also get this if- you're quick- by pushing the volume up and volume down keys at the same time right when this appears on your phone during boot up or shut down. It should take a screen shot of the image and save in your pics. You can then open it in the pics and 'set as' wallpaper.

    Just a note of clarification: When you take the 'screen shot' as above, there won't be any indication that you did. The normal dialogue box that pops up telling you that you just took a screen shot will not show up in the shut down or boot up phase. However, once you are booted up, go to your pics and the screen shot will be there.
