    HI All

    My client is using a Blackberry Classic. His email sometimes won't download the newest emails, until he reboots his phone.

    Anybody experienced this or know of a fix?

    I have seen other have this issue...

    For some a reboot fixed it, but that doesn't seem to be the case for your client.
    For some deleting the account and then recreating it fixed it.
    For other it required them to update the OS or reload the OS.

    If you are referring to Exchange ActiveSync I have not seen this on BB10 but it happens every so often on iOS devices. When a reboot does not fix it, it usually can be cleared by setting your account to "fetch". Next, do a fetch, and then set it back to "push".
