I've completed the tutorial app. Is there a way to remove those icons? Directly or with computer.
I might be mistaken but I remeber there was something you could type into the BBOS browser and that would sorta force finish the tutorial? No sure it that removed it tho -

No way to remove the icons.
Make an icon folder and put all your unused icons in it. I have one for those icons, and for Help, Phone and Camera (since they are fixed in the lower corners of the home screen anyway), the Hub (since you swipe to it, why have an icon too), and BBM (never use it).
