    I've upgraded from the Bold 9900 to the Classic. Love the phone, downloaded the Amazon Appstore and wanted to load Netflix onto my Classic and it wasn't there when I searched it up on Amazon Appstore. Downloaded the appstore for my dad's Z30 and no problem. Am I missing something? Is there not an app for Netflix for Blackberry Classic?

    Many of the questions in the Classic forum seem to be from people using BB10 for the first time, and their questions aren't so much about how to use the Classic as how to use the operating system.

    Therefore, there are probably resources/topics in the BB10 Tips, How-To & FAQ forum that will be helpful to people with questions about how to use BB10, especially for questions have not yet been asked/answered on the Classic forum.

    I am facing a problem with the classic. My mails are not getting synchronised with the phone post 7th Jan 2015.

    I've deleted and setup the email again a dozen times. But still not getting any emails post 7th Jan.

    EDIT - I spoke too soon. I had assigned Cyan to my girlfriend for all notifications and it was working fine. Then I took a shower, she sent two texts and I came back and it was flashing red.

    I love my BB Classic, but I am unable to make calls from my Whatsapp. Every time I try it says 'You can't make a call on whatsapp if you are already on a call'. I have deleted and reloaded the app and I have had friends call me and it says I am already on a call. Is there a fix for this?

    Impossible to downgrade an OS. The spazzing out, do you have Face10 installed? If so try deleting and rebooting. Bluetooth, try deleting and re-pairing the bluetooth profile.

    i just downloaded an update and after i restarted, apparently i hadnt backed up my local/att contacts so when it synced back, i lost some 2000 contacts. any idea if this can be reversed? any chance i can recover those contacts? i found an old bb curve which i was going to load my most recent backup (oct 2016) and see what info is actually there but its not charging... i'm in a big bind here and need some guidance. att told me to call bb and they said i needed to wait at least 24 hours but that didnt help one bit and then they wanted to charge me $35 to speak to tech support but i was hesitant bec didnt expect them to be able to help. any advice?
