    Everything in my Blackberry Classic hub suddenly disappeared. So I tried to reboot the phone but when the power returned all I got was the background screen. Now none of the keys on the phone are operable. It won't even let me power it down again. I tried removing the SIM cared an putting it back in but that didn't help. Please help!

    Try an autoloader.

    Download to PC, unzip, plug in phone, run.

    The device will be wiped.

    Thank you very much for your post. When I woke up this morning the phone was back on. The only damage appears to be that I lost everything in my inbox, which isn't a big deal. It's scary what happened so I think I may look into getting another Classic or the Keyone.
