    That's crazy.

Do you have a picture of it?

I've heard of the double typing issue, but none like this..

Can't believe you critics. He is asking for help. The kiddie forum is kryptkiddies.yuku.com

If your phone is not warranty just replace the keyboard. Not as easy as the Bold Series but doable. Search YouTube for video.

Just having fun but you're right. It's doable. But I would recommend having it done by a tech maintenance shop that way you'll have a warranty for it. Good luck.

There already was a topic not too long ago where two cases of fallen off keys have been discussed. There was also a picture included. Best way would be a warranty claim, although I can see it might be difficult because the seller could state some sort of abuse caused the key to come off.

I'd love to use the warranty but I bought it through a third party. Does the warranty stay with the phone?

    i can't post a photo I need 10 posts. Give me a sec while I spam ( sorry mods )

Anyone have any ideas where they sell classic keyboards ?
Unless you bought it directly from a store, you might be out of luck with the warranty. Good luck with getting it repaired. Please keep uss posted.

Never hurts to try. So write a letter to BlackBerry "maybe" the sun and moon is in the right position and they will help you.

The BlackBerry keyboard is a bunch of plastic pieces placed on a single plastic board. Could be production fault or the users took something to pry it for cleaning. However it's most likely cause by a loose thread from your pocket that got hooked on the keys and rips apart when you pull it out.

You could exchange if it's still brand new or warranty it. If you want a quick fix you can put a dab of crazy glue in the center and that will do the trick.

Replacement parts for Classic and Passport are very hard to find, there was a link somewhere to a shop, but they only had the backcovers in stock. No keyboards were even listed.

Here you go for that other topic: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...ll-off-997544/
