I performed a security wipe on my phone, and when it started back up it gave me the www.bberror.com/bb10-0015 message. when I try to connect it to blackberry link it won't work... my laptop tells me an error has occurred. I'm not sure if this is because of my laptop, or if it is because of my phone. the classic doesn't have a removable battery. I just want it back I love this phone. can anyone help me? I hate that I can't find a phone number to call and talk to someone from Blackberry.

Use an autoloader, I believe the z30 autoloader works for the classic.

Hi there, I would recommend downloading the latest autoloader for your phone, and running that:

Thanks to Thurask for the link!

Once it's downloaded, you need to extract it onto your PC, then run it. Connect your phone via USB once you see the 'connecting to bootrom' prompt, and it will reinstall the OS for you. You might need to turn the phone off or reboot it, by holding the power button to make the connection 'take'. Good luck!
