I need some serious help. I did a security wipe on my classic...It was taking a very long time. Stuck on 98% for hours. I restarted the phone and it began the wipe process over..

It stuck on 86% so I shut the phone off and now I'm unable to even have the phone on because the BlackBerry load up error is occurring on my screen.

My BlackBerry Link can't read the phone. Any suggestions? I don't have the sim card in the phone, not sure if that has anything to do with it. But please if u can suggest anything I'd appreciate it

I have a priv as my primary phone but I'm looking to go back to my classic and I have about 10 days left to return the priv

    HELP

Download an autoloader and use that. I don't know why people try to use the security wipe due to the fact it takes forever. Autoloaders wipe the phone and reinstall the OS in under 5 minutes.

Download an autoloader? What will that do if my phone can't even turn on outside of the loadup error? Where can I find the autoloader?

If you have numbers in combination with letters in all four corners, you probably installed a developer OS. Those numbers are your PIN. You have to install an official OS. You can search the forums on how to do this.
