Call into BlackBerry and tell them the story. As mentioned earlier this is a serious issue and indeed may impact some people's decision whether to buy or not the Classic.

So BlackBerry has to listen regardless from where the device came.

That sucks. You should have warranty on it. Even if it was a gift, if the person who bought it still has the receipt, you can get it replaced.
Must've gotten stuck on something, I pulled at the keys on my Q10 when they started sticking and they didn't come off. Of course I got the keyboard replaced, but since the Classic is new, you will have a harder time finding replacement parts.

Had the same happen to my brand new classic, with the letter between P and R (better than return button). 1 mth old, taking it out of my pocket and didn't feel anything catch. Not going to leave it with Telstra while they get around to fixing it, will probably try Super Glue. Here's a photo for those interested.

Definitely a real photo taken on my BlackBerry (letter before "R")10. Here's another couple of shots taken with my SLR. Only Photoshop use was to combine and crop.

I bought an unlocked from Ingram Micro only a week ago and the Enter key fell off.
This is ridiculous and it seems that I'm not the only one.

What if, what if (dont take this seriously). What if, Foxconn did this on purpose to make BB look bad.

    Anywho.

I just hope mine doesn't do this, this would be terrible.

I wonder how some people handle their phones for it to fall apart or is the quality that bad? Because my pp is doing great no falling keys of lifted screens! I take care of my device and in return it takes care of me

Blame Foxconn, the factory where it's produced where employee morale is so low they attempt to commit suicide but Foxconn puts safety nets in place to avoid worker suicide.
