    I have the BlackBerry classic with OS version 10.3.1.1779 and every time I open the camera app it gives me this error, the camera can't be started

    I have restarted the phone, turned it off then switched it On and still nothing changed

    Any solutions?

    I did backup my mobile using BlackBerry link and I. Did wiping my data
