    It works as a 3g device. Att and verizon use different LTE bands so you won't see LTE. You'll see what att calls "4G". In all honesty it's HPSA+, and evolution on 3g tech. My Nokias always called it 3.5g and I find that to be a fair assessment

    No problem. This actually applies to all Verizon LTE smartphones made in the last few years. Something to do with a large LTE spectrum deal. But any Verizon phone with LTE sim should be factory GSM unlocked.
