Hi All, I own the white Blackberry Classic just around 2 weeks ago, and I'm quite loving it.

However, I do notice that my keyboard does not fully light up. Yes all keys does have a white glow in it, but it is not 100% white in some of the keys. It is especially noticeable in darker environment when the keyboard lights up. It feels like the light is not really lighting properly.

As this is my first blackberry with keyboard, is this normal for the keyboard to not 100% well lit in all of the keys? Should I bring it to service centre to be looked after?

Do all keys have the same amount of light? If not I would get it exchanged. My Classic has a very evenly light distribution on the keys..no dark spots or such.

Same issue here, uneven light on the keyboard. I'm also using a white classic.

With my classic the X, up arrow and 0 button are slightly darker than the rest. I never noticed it until I read your post. Thanks for that.
