I'm wondering the same. I doubt the Priv will be on sale because they are barely finishing up shipping pre-orders and a sale would mean that you have to refund all those costumers the difference but I hope the passport silver edition is on sale.

I can confirm the Passport SE will be on sale later this week in Canada & the US. By how much, I'm not certain & I'd rather not spread rumors. But I have confirmation of a sale looming.

ShopBlackBerry also does not have retro price adjustments, so they would not have to refund the difference to buyers. In fact, they offered a BlackBerry Passport sale last Black Friday which the device was relatively new, but truthfully, I don't know if they will be selling the Priv on a discount', that's just my personal observation

They don't HAVE to refund the difference but, if they don't, the customer has the right to return their product / cancel their order and then re-purchase it at the discounted price. So, it doesn't really make sense that they wouldn't just give them the difference if they do go on sale. Most businesses do this if their product goes on sale within their regular return period.

No matter how great the specs are, I personally would never buy a phone with that keyboard. Just my opinion.

I'm sure it's been mentioned before but be aware that the ShopBB model is SQC 100-4 which does NOT have wireless charging. Need a 2nd but deal-breaker for me as I really like my TYLT VU charger.

Yep, I had the 100-4 when it came out, then exchanged it for the AT&T version 100-2 to get wireless charging.

I am not a fan of wireless, wired charging. Seems Illogical to me. Why not just plug into the phone rather than charger?

In regards to Blue vs. Black the blue seems to have separation on the toolbelt keys vs. one solid piece on the black. Users or those with experience please let me know. Is the build quality different?
