Recently, whenever I get through to someone's voicemail, just as their message gets going, it cuts out and I'm asked to enter a PIN to access voicemails - i.e. my phone is trying to hack :-)

I've never tried it - I'd rather leave a message - in fact, it's quite frustrating.

I think I've now realised that EVERY number I call, shortly after connecting, the blackberry dials a single tone - presumably a #

I've looked at all the dial settings and I can't seem to find any way to change this in any settings... any idea anyone?

[Also - latest weirdness... I keep my blackberry perpetually on 'vibrate'. Now, for now reason and on no obvious cue, it is switching itself to 'normal' mode... what's happening?!]

No idea, mine does neither of those. Try to reload the OS using link...

I had this problem with YouMail and it may be that you are having problems at the switch, call your carrier and see if they can reset your phone in the system.
