BBM Refresh

Is it possible to refresh BB10 BBM? This is what happened. I changed fone earlier and was able to do BBM switch. However the fone i changed from i did not swipe it or reset it to factory settings. Now the fone i switched to another Classic started acting giving me bberror. So i had to go back to my new Classic.
However everything is working fine. My BBM contacts are all there except that their dp were old ones that were there when i switched earlier. And there is no option to delete BBM and reinstall it.
So i was wondering if there's another way to refresh BBM. So that all my contacts will be updated.

Outside of wiping your device or logging in on another device and then switching back, not really any way to refresh BBM. Eventually, it'll refresh itself if you wait. Contacts will change their status, update their DP etc.
