Hi, i would like to ask if anyone can help me with my BBM, its stuck on setup for how many hours already idk why

Is this your first BB10 phone?

Did you set up a BBID when you first set the phone up?

Have you set up wifi and do you have a sim in the phone?

Have you tried restarting the phone by pressing the up and down volume buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds?

I’m assuming this is the standard BBM app that is causing the issue?

Do you need to use BBM as there are less and less people using it each day?

Must have a FAST Internet connection if you are using a WiFi or data..
