    Hi, I am new here, I was a BlackBerry user in the old bbos7 days, I have returned after a long time, and don't know how to get things done.
    I am facing some issues with bbm calling, I am unable to use both voice and video calling on my bbm, when ever I try to call any contact I get this pop up saying "connecting to bbm video service. Please wait and try again.", all my contacts are showing grey icon for calling, even though they are available for calls.
    Can anyone help me fix this?

    Are your contacts all Android or iOS users?

    Earlier it was not working at all, then suddenly it started working on my home wifi, but still didn't work on my shop wifi, 2-3 days ago it restarted on its own and now its not working on my home wifi as well (my home and shop wifi are same network and same router)
