Current software is 10.3.2.556, Blackberry link is wanting me to update to 10.3.3.2129, I am able to down load on blackberry link, but not install on phone, ( Error occured).. Would this be because of the large increases in upgrades? At a loss and afraid to just upgrade from anywhere. Advice is appreciated..

Might as well update to the latest, with an autoloader.

Download to PC, plug in device and run the file.

But do note that this will completely wipe the device, so any data you still need will have to be backed up beforehand.
