    I sent my phone done after returning from work, which @ that point everything was working fine. When I went to check my phone to text someone I realized everything was gone all my emails texts etc from my hub. Went into my accounts to see if sync was on, I did do refresh, still nothing works. Did i lose everything? can anyone suggest anything

    Have you done a rebooted the phone?

    I have seen this happened before... but I've never seen a solution. I "think" the database get's corrupted and BB10 just creates a new blank one.

    No I didn't reboot the phone, but was hoping it was just a sync issue, I was hoping to resort to rebooting last.

    Try rebooting as suggested and you could also try restarting the Hub. https://crackberry.com/how-restart-b...-swipe-gesture
