    I sorted out this problem by;
    - downloading the Android APK file to my computer
    - transferring the APK file to my Classic phone when connected by cable
    - placed it in my Downloads folder and run it from there
    - it works perfectly except for the Heart Rate monitor which doesn't sync.

Any solution for that? Is there a way to make the BPM/Heart rate to sync with my Classic???

    Thanks guys

i had issues to sync my fitbit charge hr when it was already bought in the very beggining.
no hate rate in app, no incoming calls, sync errors....
in BB Classic Bluethooth shows 2 devices Fitbit Charge HR. Why?? i dont know yet, lol...

i used fitbit app from several platforms and nothing new, same errors.

now everything works great!! i am going to explain my experience:

i downloaded the last version of "fitbit app" from appstore of Amazon (it is free), no playstore, no snap, no 1mobilemarket,....
i continued with no heart rate and no incoming calls but today (August 10th) suddently all works great.
it is important to activate the "incoming call notification" (obviuosly) by clicking in the little drawing of the fitbit in the app, top left side. it will not let you activate in the beggining, dont worry it is something usual but sooner or later it will be on.

today everything works, i dont know if there is an update related with Fitbit or app but it works:
for incoming calls one little vibration, only the symbol of phone in FB Charge led, no names.
in the app the heart rate works everytime once is sync.

in addition, i downloaded "My fitnesspal" from app store of Amazon (it is free) and sync perfect as well by loging with the same user and so on...

in short, for the people who has sync problems try downloading again FitBit app from app store of Amazon, pair Fitbit and activate Sync incoming calls, bluethooth always on (obviously), if it doesnt work probably it works in some days.

i hope everything is clear with my poor english.

Thank you for sharing. This took a few moments, but was able to download the fitbit app from Amazon app store and it is now working. Slowly, but better than not at all. Downloaded to classic. Thanks!
