    What OS are you on?

    Did you install the Android Runtime patch from BlackBerry World (but don't yet if you haven't)?

    Have you tried a reboot followed by a ten minute wait?

    The app probably requires Google Play Services. Have you got Cobalt's Google Play stack installed in your Classic? And, in addition, you may have to whitelist the app to get it too work. Search here on CB for Cobalt's solution and follow the directions carefully.

    The app is stuck while installing - not running. At least that's what I understood.
