I feel like the battery life on my new Classic isn't near as good as the battery life on my Z30. I'm just curious if anyone else's Classic's battery life is less than great.

My Classic's battery always gets me through the day, so no problems here. I used to have a Z30, and maybe it's because I used it a lot more, but I didn't get as good battery life on it as compared to the Classic.

Unless I'm constantly on Crackberry, my Classic's battery makes it multiple days. I did manage to run it down to about 40% in one day by spending too much time in CB10 though.

Are you always using data services-on and LTE network mode on your Classic? Cause mines only getting around 8-9 hours tops on a full charge using LTE and data services straight.

My data services are on all the time, LTE is turned off.

Yes, data and LTE are always on. Consider too how much you are using your phone throughout the day.

My battery was going to 20% in 8-10 hours, which I knew wasn't right because battery life was great when I first got the phone and was setting it up. I noticed that when it entered Battery Saving Mode, the discharge slowed dramatically, so I investigated what that does. Only noteworthy thing was it turned off advanced interactions, the only one of which I had on was Hold To Stay Awake. Turned that off and now battery is at 70% after 10 hours. Must be it was getting pretty confused riding around in my pocket or in my truck.
