My wife and I both have Blackberry Classics. It seems after the latest software upgrade the batteries on both phones drain after two or three short calls. Also when put on the charger shows full charge after 15 minutes or so which we know is not possible then no charge shortly after making a couple of calls. Has anyone else experienced this and have an suggestions why this would be suddenly happening. Thanks. First time here so apologies if somehow I am not following correct protocols.

I have been experiencing the same thing recently. I let my battery go down to 0 and continued to use my phone for a couple of hours. I then charged it and slowly it stated getting better longer charging and better battery life. It didn't fix the problem completely (it still has its days it won't charge properly) but it's working fine. I am using os 10.3.2. I believe I need to change the battery for in BlackBerry virtual expert it's shows battery health red (sometimes it's yellow). Also I downloaded an app called battery charger it shows battery health it ranges from 18%-78% depending on the day. I don't really have the solution but the phone is working so I'm not complaining!
