For tasks and notes, there is a backup program in Conite's list (can't see it, but it's called remember backup). Pictures is easiest to just move to an SD card I guess. I'm not sure if the calendar program allows some kind of export, i.e. to *.ics?

Indeed, it is possible to export in ICS format (Icalendar 2.0).
