I'm curious. The new ATT Classic seems to have easier to press keyboard keys. I know the Passport's keyboard was redesigned for this, but I wasn't sure about the Classic.

I tried the OG Classic once, and I loved the extremely tight and clicky keys. The ATT seems a little light and too easy to me. Very quiet, but not as tactile or reassuring.

Am I crazy, or did this happen?

Depends on what they are adding, if it's just icons you can delete those

Yes, it can. First thing I did when I purchased the AT&T branded Classic was to remove the AT&T apps. I believe it was the myAT&T app, and a help/how to application.

The ATT crap isn't really bloatware. Just delete it, guys.

    Not the same ones though. e.g. AT&T -2 supports Band 3 1800 whereas Unlocked US -4 doesn't.

Lol how is the Classic released in December 2014 an "OG" isn't that short for original gangsta? Theoretically not much if anything should differ other than carrier bloat finance options etc which benefits those who rather a lower introductory cost over a full purchase. It's funny Verizon has a plan for 20 gb of data for like 140/150 plus access line making it 180 I think and I still don't have unlimited data lol VerHizon is crazy

Wireless charging was added. And it looks to me like the keyboard was adjusted to be quieter and softer.

Does anyone know if the ATT Classic with wireless charging will work in the United Arab Emirates with Etisalat?
