    Hello dears,
    hope you doing fine
    kindly i need your support for two things,
    firstly
    my bb and bb wolrd on my classic was worked totally fine! but its being a week it wont open and just shows loadin and when i click on left side it shows me my world but i cant open it?
    i made bb utility download and checked and later showing that it wont be able to open,
    i made factory wipe
    i updated and did all things i could but still have same issue

    and the needing this phone for my company enterprise work! which having air watch,
    when i enroll in my device it shows me i have to have airwatch container to enroll but it wont accept enrollment and saying cant connect to server while in the airwatch mdm agent of bb wolrd i could enroll
    kindly can you help me and show me what to do?

    --have you brought your phone to your Information Technology people? Perhaps it just needs to be re-registered and solve both issues?

    I'm not an expert by any means, but the BB10 is almost EOL. If you have an issue, I doubt there is nothing anyone can do, especially if a factory reset has been completed.
    320 people saw it and only i got two answers! i was visited this forum for almost four years! but am almost dissapointed!

    Right. Because you're having difficulties, I doubt you can fix them. Every aspect of BB10 will eventually lose support. Your best bet is to move on to another phone , especially if you need app support.
