    Help. I updated several apps, like Skype and Google. Now their icon have disappeared from the Home page. Can one help?

    Yep I checked. I rebooted the phone. All to no avail. Until I - finally! - found a link to download BlackBerry Android runtime. After that I was able to delete many app corpses and download the apps I need again. No all is back in order. Puuuh thanks for reaching out.
