Oh yes, I have more than what I will ever need on a 64GB SD card, but a 128 will also work. Also have a free version of Pandora called Apollo (no commercials). Spotify works, too. A good pair of ear buds and a bluetooth speaker are worthwhile. The native File Manager gives you control of it all.
The Classic works great for podcasts and music.

Yes, it works perfectly fine. I'm about to try syncing it again now.

I use my Classic often as a mp3 player and now on vacation I use it as my music player with external speakers. Does its job really good!!

As far as listening to music on my BlackBerry Classic, I'm really bummed out that there is only one speaker. On the bottom of the phone are two speakers. One is fake. I checked on other BlackBerry Classic phones. Would be nice if it was two speakers. The sound would be in stereo.

The other one is a mic.

I uninstalled spotify due some bluetooth lags with my SEAT car connection.
Right now moved 6gb of music to internal storage (I will buy SD soon) and not single problem at all during plays

I have some 3000 songs on my 64gb SD card and have no issues. Looks like the 128gb card is what you need.

I use my Classic as my Jukebox. I sync it via Bluetooth to my Beats Studio wireless headphones, Samsung soundbar, and a portable mini speaker that I got on clearance at Target for $10. They all have their purposes and work great.

Same as this human being! No problems and the one speaker sounds really good imo. Actually when I play new music to friends they enjoy the sound out my beast :) and I get a lot of compliment.

I have 30 gig of music on my SD card on my passport.
It works just fine. My wallet likes me a little more now, because I use less data.

I have 52 gb used on my 64 gb SD card and it loads very slowly. Anyone else have that issue?

I have a 128Gb card with 2,500 tracks and several different play lists. It works great for me.

I use an SD card adapter and transfer my iTunes music directly to my SD card. This is the only process that works for me that doesn't take a lot of time.

I have a 128GB card in my Z30 with about 45GB of music on it.No issues with lag at all. I'm on .2339
That's how I put all of my music onto my phone, but I don't want to have to do that anymore because if I update my iTunes or change any song information, I want the music to sync instead.

Use it at the gym, downloaded music and either Apollo or iheart radio. It works perfect.

I really like the speakers on the Classic, the sound really bumps.

Music is an important part of my life and I have lots of it (currently using 33 GB) so I bought a 128GB microSD card to go along my Classic when it came out. I haven't had any problems or slow downs. The only times I've seen it slow was when I restarted the device and it took a few minutes to scan the SD card before being able to play music. I'd love some better customizations for the player itself other than the Play Next or Play Last options.
About 20GB of music on my 32GB SD card. Drag and drop files directly from my laptop. Organize and playback w/Neutron and output to home stereo, Bluetooth speakers and headphones.

Music sucked for me whether I used the stock option, Linked sucked, drag and drop slow, etc. The BB10 apps to sync itunes just don't compare to android counterparts. I even tried SNAP and my google solutions pale on this device. So I had to buy a $30 prepaid phone just to have dedicated music.
I literally use my Classic for calls, email, Hotspot, and CB forum.
J Be....Here But Gone...
The only issue I'm having is that the new songs downloaded from my Apple Music account will not sync thru BlackBerry Link. Going to try the direct to SD card method tomorrow

in my opinion music on my BlackBerry classic is just average in terms of loudness and clarity compare to apple.. because I do love listening with pretty high volume.. I use my beats its not that loud enough.. well BlackBerry is not made for media consumption but its not also that bad

The Neutron app brings the playback quality up to par w/Apple IMO.
