First of all, I am a BlackBerry man, through and through.

My first BlackBerry was a pager.

I love my BlackBerry Classic, but recently it has developed a quirk that maybe someone can help with.

I got a message last week that my voice mail box was almost full.

I deleted all of the unimportant voice mails (most of them) and as i was deleting the last voice mail a message popped up that I entered the incorrect password.

I didn't and now this message keeps popping up ALL OF THE TIME!

Ideas? Thoughts?

I would check your phone settings to see if something go added into an option or deleted that shouldn't have been

I never ventured out of the voice mail screen and did not mess with settings....

Check with your provider, see if they can reset your password...

I've continued to have this problem since I updated my Z10 to 10.2.1 Now I'm on 10.3.1 on my Classic and it still happens. I even tried removing my password and I still get it.

I know with at&t you have to call 611 to reset your vm pin. Your device will ask for that pin and it should work fine after that.
