    My Amazon App Store and the Amazon Store apps are both dead in the water. Nothing but black screen shows up and it has been this way for a while. How do I delete these non-functional apps. They have no wastebasket next to them so normal deletion method won't work. Please help. I am truly a newbie.

    They'll always return after a device restart but if you're having problems try to uninstall them through Ghost Commander (you can grab it from BB World).
