I can't write numbers using keyboard. I can only use sym key and then touchscreen keyboard to write numbers. Also, mic is not working. What is the best way to repair it ?

Have you always owned this phone? or have you just bought it from someone else?

I'm guessing that if you've always owned it then you'll be able to summarise how you think these issues came about ....

Irrespective, I suppose those in the know would suggest that the first thing to do is to do a security wipe and then re-install.

I had it for over a year. Last year , the alt key stopped working and few months ago microphone .
At a repair place , i was told, they have to replace a whole keyboard , as microphone is on it, for $140
