Ok.....I'm playing around with the video camera on my phone. How do you zoom in and out while recording a video? I've tried moving the track pad up and down but that did not work for zooming in or out.

I can zoom in and out just find with the camera for taking photos. Now I just need to figure out how to do this while taking a video. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

imo, don't... It's a digital zoom. Much better off moving closer than doing a digital zoom.

I have not tried it but the Volume Up/Down buttons can also zoom in STILLS - try it. But even many small digital cameras canNOT zoom once you start shooting. They don't have the ability to focus while changing zooming.

I was playing with this the other day.
With the video camera, you can zoom in and out while NOT recording. Once you start recording zoom is disabled. Nature of the beast I'm afraid.
