I just noticed that this morning....the email shows up where the From: is listed, but I was able to scroll upwards to see details like "Received Using", "Message Status" and To:
I am on AT&T and .167 and as of 10am CA time I got the you were cc'd, but not bcc notices and I just sent myself a test and the cc'd note is not there now. Hmmm I wonder what changed.
Navi,
I may have the same problem occurring. I noticed it maybe a week or two ago.. Once of my emails did not specify that I was BCC'd while another email did show me that I was BCC'd. So now that you brought this up I will test a few emails on different servers along with a few options changed and let you know if that problem occurs to me as well and if I was able to fix it...
When I was tinkering with Unite! the mail coming through that (Fox News Alerts, mailing lists, etc) came through saying [You were Bcc'd]. The one I was indeed CC'ed on, it did not say that (but I may have been in the To: line and not the CC line).
Now that I deinstalled it, and went back to using the Blackberry pop/imap, it doesn't display that on either the pop or imap method of my emails that come through gmail.
No. Trying to avoid this at all cost. This is my third BOLD in the last two weeks. I've not even tried to unlock this one yet; wanted to make sure all was well before I did so...
But, a friend of mine has a BOLD on AT&T, and same thing happens, i.e. no CC'd or BCC'd...
I called RIM, and they did a few things, i.e. resetting my IMEI and PIN, and then the CC'd started to work. BCC'd is not working yet, but they advised it could take a while to get going after the reset...
Glad you got it fixed. I'm guessing that the BCC should be working as well... I may have to call RIM as well, unless you have all the steps. Let me know.
Same problem suddenly on .210... I reset my IMEI on BIS, and reregistered on the newtork. Sent service books...
It didn't fix the issue.
I know this *did* work, but I just upgraded to .210 this morining, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Sounds like it occurs on .167 also.
